This is the form for Contractors who have passed a board resolution that this application be made, and that the Company bind itself, upon admission to such membership, to observe the Constitution and Code of Conduct of the Association.

In order to complete this application, you will need to have knowledge of your company's turnover for the past financial year, as well as digital copies of the following documents for upload:

• Company Profile
• CCIPC COR14.3 Document
• VAT Certificate

You will also need to provide the contact details of a representative (at least one and no more than five) from the company.

We recommend that you compile the required information and documents first, as there will not be an option to save your progress once you have started the application.

This application may only be completed by a duly authorised signatory.

¹ Industry sales include all activities connected with the manufacture of coatings; paints; powder coatings; printing inks; artists colours; varnishes; lacquers; stains; wood preservatives; thinners; strippers and allied products and other like protection or decorative products.
